  • Partnership and S Corporation (IRS Form 1065 and 1120S):Year-end returns due March 15
  • C corporation (IRS Form 1041):Year-end returns due April 15, except for June 30 fiscal-year entities which are due September 15.
  • Exempt Organization (IRS Form 990):Due May 15
  • Employee Benefit Plan (IRS Form 5500):Due July 31 for a calendar-year plan
